In-stock items will be shipped as soon as possible, and usually arrive within approximately 3-7 business days depending on the shipping option chosen. For an additional fee you may select overnight delivery. Overnight delivery orders must be received prior to 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will be shipped that same day. If a product is out-of-stock, you will be notified. Items will not be charged to your credit card account until shipped.
Returns & Credits
We want you to be satisfied with the products you have purchased at abci-software.net. If you are not completely satisfied you may return the item within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of downloadable and licensed software. Please contact our Customer Service Department at csd@abciwebmarketing.com for a Return Approval Number (RAN) before shipping. Please write your RAN on the outside of your return packaging. If we cannot see the RAN, we will not be able to accept delivery.
Downloadable Software Products
All ABCI Software products are available on a try-before-you-buy basis and downloadable from a variety of software-share web sites. Unfortunately, once ABCI issues you/buyer an End User License Agreement (EULA) and/or license code via email or through the installation process the software product may not be returned or cancelled for credit.
If a RAN is approved for a product, a credit will be issued to your credit card, or in the form of your original payment, for the purchase price promptly after receipt of returned merchandise. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. We regret that we cannot refund original shipping and handling charges for any returned item. If you received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service Center within three days for a replacement item (shipped at no charge).
